genocide (in peace or war) means with intent to destroy (in whole or in part) a national, ethnical, racial or religious group by killing, causing serious bodily or mental harm, inflicting conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction, impose measures intended to prevent births, forcibly transfer children
